Videos chosen in the fixer are processed inside your browser. The website does not upload the selected video to our WordPress server, store a copy, or inspect its contents. The browser may temporarily hold the file and processed output in device memory until you close or refresh the page.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use that information only to answer the request, maintain support records and protect the service from abuse.
Server logs and analytics
Like most websites, the hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and error information for security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this data to identify visitors personally unless required to investigate abuse or comply with law.
